MEET EXECUTIVE CHEF DOUG DOMBROSKI

Chef Doug Dombroski began working with food back in 1976. He traveled from Miami Florida to Cleveland Ohio, and started his career with Hospitality Restaurants 17 years ago. He has been with the company ever since. Chef Doug’s favorite part about cooking is the adrenaline that goes into bringing everything together for our guests. During his time at Hospitality Restaurants, he has familiarized himself with Cabin Club and all of the aspects that have made it the best Steakhouse on the West Side for many years.
Doug prides himself on the restaurant’s daily specials, which have a tendency to sell out, due to their popularity among guests. Thick juicy steaks, the absolute freshest seafood, and an award-winning wine list make Cabin Club the perfect spot for any occasion. .
